A bookmark manager for Mac
Most bookmark managers are websites you keep open in a tab. Notabe is a native macOS app — built in SwiftUI, synced through iCloud, with AI that files what you save so the Mac stays the calm place it should be.
Native, not a tab
Notabe is written in SwiftUI for macOS, with the sidebar–list–inspector layout that fits how you already work on the Mac. A Safari extension saves the page you are reading without leaving it, and everything lands in a library that opens instantly — no loading spinner, no browser tab to lose.
The AI does the filing
Every save is auto-tagged the moment it arrives, so your library organizes itself. Ask for a three-sentence summary when you want to remember why you saved something, and when you only half-remember a save, semantic search finds it by meaning rather than by the exact words in the title.
One library, every Apple device
Notabe syncs through your private iCloud, so the library you build on the Mac is the same one on your iPhone. Highlights, tags, and collections travel with you.
Frequently asked
Is Notabe a real Mac app or a web wrapper?
A real Mac app. Notabe is built in SwiftUI for macOS, with the three-column layout Mac users expect, native keyboard navigation, and a Safari extension that saves the current page in a keystroke.
Does it sync with my iPhone?
Yes, through your own iCloud. Save on the Mac, and it is on your iPhone; highlight on the phone, and it is on the Mac. No separate account required.
How does saving work on the Mac?
Use the Safari extension to save the page you are reading, or drop a link into the app. Notabe reads the page, auto-tags it, and reserves a summary you can generate when you open it.
