Acceptance

By installing or using Notabe, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Your account

You're responsible for what's done on your account. Sign-in is via Apple ID — keep your Apple credentials secure. One Apple ID, one Notabe account, used across Mac and iPhone.

Acceptable use

Notabe is a personal bookmark library. Don't use the app to:

• Save content that violates someone else's intellectual property in a way you don't have the right to.
• Bookmark material that is illegal to possess in your jurisdiction.
• Bypass security or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
• Abuse the service in a way that disrupts other users or our infrastructure.

The domain blocklist exists for a reason: keep your banking, healthcare, and other sensitive sites off it.

AI-generated content

Summaries, tag suggestions, and collection names are generated by AI. They are best-effort, not authoritative. Verify before quoting a summary back to someone — three sentences can compress nuance away, and the AI occasionally gets things wrong. You're responsible for what you do with the output.

Subscription

Notabe Free is free forever for the first 100 bookmarks, with auto-tagging on every save; no other AI features. Notabe Plus is paid via Apple In-App Purchase at $2.99/month or $24.99/year — unlimited bookmarks plus 3 AI summaries per month. Notabe Pro is paid via Apple In-App Purchase at $9.99/month or $59.99/year — unlimited bookmarks and unlimited AI (semantic search, highlights, collection suggestions, tag normalization, resurfacing). Cancel any subscription anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; you keep paid access through the end of the billing period, then drop to Free without losing any data.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't dispute legitimate refund requests.

Intellectual property

You keep the rights to anything you save, anything you write in notes, and anything you tag. We get a limited licence to process your data so we can return summaries, tags, and search results — nothing beyond that. Notabe's brand, code, app icon, and design belong to us.

Page content and copyright

Notabe fetches a copy of pages you save so it can summarize and search them. The cached copy is private to your account and is deleted after 24 hours. We respect robots.txt and standard fetch rules, and we identify our fetcher honestly. If you save a paywalled article, Notabe stores only what your browser would otherwise see.

No warranty

Notabe is provided "as is." We can't guarantee that every save will be summarized perfectly or that every search will return exactly the right result. We do our best; we don't promise miracles.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for any losses arising from missing, incorrect, or delayed AI output, sync issues, or extended downtime — though we will work hard to avoid them.

Termination

You can terminate at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We can terminate or restrict your account if you violate these terms. On termination we erase your data within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We post material changes here and on the home page. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Where you live may give you additional consumer protections; nothing here removes those.
