Acceptance

By installing or using Notabe, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Your identity

Notabe has no login. When you first open the app it creates an on-device identifier that syncs across your Apple devices via iCloud — keep your Apple ID and device secure, since that is what ties your notes and subscription to you. One iCloud account, one Notabe identity, used across iPhone and iPad.

Acceptable use

Notabe is a personal notebook. Don't use the app to:

• Capture content that violates someone else's intellectual property in a way you don't have the right to.
• Store material that is illegal to possess in your jurisdiction.
• Bypass security or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
• Abuse the service in a way that disrupts other users or our infrastructure.

You can turn AI processing off entirely in Settings if you'd rather keep sensitive notes on-device only.

AI-generated content

Titles, summaries, tag suggestions, and collection names are generated by AI. They are best-effort, not authoritative. Verify before quoting a summary back to someone — a short summary can compress nuance away, and the AI occasionally gets things wrong. You're responsible for what you do with the output.

Subscription

Notabe Free is free forever — voice and text capture with on-device transcription, auto-title and auto-tag on every note, and 5 AI summaries per month. Notabe Pro is paid via Apple In-App Purchase at $9.99/month or $59.99/year — unlimited everything: semantic search, unlimited summaries, the Graph of connected notes, similar notes, collection suggestions, tag normalization, ask your notes, and resurfacing. Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; you keep paid access through the end of the billing period, then drop to Free without losing any data.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't dispute legitimate refund requests.

Intellectual property

You keep the rights to anything you save, anything you write in notes, and anything you tag. We get a limited licence to process your data so we can return summaries, tags, and search results — nothing beyond that. Notabe's brand, code, app icon, and design belong to us.

Voice and transcription

Voice notes are transcribed into text on your device using Apple's speech recognition; the audio is not uploaded to us. Notabe keeps the transcribed text and processes it to generate titles, tags, summaries, and search — the recording itself stays on your device.

No warranty

Notabe is provided "as is." We can't guarantee that every note will be transcribed or summarized perfectly, or that every search will return exactly the right result. We do our best; we don't promise miracles.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for any losses arising from missing, incorrect, or delayed AI output, sync issues, or extended downtime — though we will work hard to avoid them.

Termination

You can terminate at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We can terminate or restrict your account if you violate these terms. On termination we erase your data within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We post material changes here and on the home page. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Where you live may give you additional consumer protections; nothing here removes those.
