The licence you have to use Notabe on your Apple devices.
Licence grant
We grant you a non-transferable licence to use Notabe on devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store and Mac App Store Terms.
Restrictions
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source. You may not redistribute or sublicense the app. You may not use the app to attack, probe, or disrupt our infrastructure or any third-party service Notabe connects to.
Apple's standard EULA
This licence is in addition to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which Apple presents when you download apps from the App Store and Mac App Store. Where these terms conflict, the more restrictive applies. Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce this licence against you.
Updates
We ship updates through the App Store. Some updates are required to keep the app working; others are optional. We never push code that changes how your data is handled without updating the Privacy Policy at the same time.
Termination
This licence ends if you violate it or uninstall the app. On termination you must stop using Notabe and delete the app from your devices. Account deletion is handled separately in Settings → Account → Delete Account.
No warranty
Notabe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
Governing law
This licence is governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
